Frequently asked questions

1. How late do we have to arrive/leave? 
You can pick up the keys to your bungalow or villa from 15:00 onwards; on the day of departure you have to leave your bungalow or villa before 10:00. You can still make use of the facilities in the park for the rest of the day. 

2. Is bed linen provided in the bungalows? 
There is bed linen in the bungalows and villas, so you don’t need to bring it with you. The cost of the bed linen is also included in the price of your bungalow or villa, so you won’t be charged extra.

3. Are there towels in the bungalow?
Towels are not provided in the bungalows and villas. There is also no possibility of hiring them in the park. You should therefore bring them with you.

4. Is there a recreation programme?
There’s a recreation programme in all holiday periods with the exception of the Christmas holiday. Outside the summer season the programme is designed mainly for children. In the summer season there are programmes for young and old. 

5. Is there a shop in the park? 
There are no shops in the park. That’s because the prices in the nearby supermarkets are always lower. However, there is a kiosk in the park (open from 1 April to 1 November) where you can order bread for the following morning (off season at reception). You can also go to the kiosk for your paper, ice cream, sweets, swimming pool toys and cold drinks. 

6. Is Familyland easily accessible by public transport? 
When you travel by public transport, you are advised to make use of a (train) taxi. Approx. 1000 metres from the park there is a bus stop in the direction of Bergen op Zoom and Roosendaal; this bus only comes a few times a day. There’s a second bus stop about 2500 metres away in the centre of Hoogerheide in the direction of Bergen op Zoom and Putte. This bus runs every half hour (or every hour after 18:30 and at weekends).  

7. Are pets allowed? 
One dog per bungalow is allowed. Caged pets are only allowed in the Finnish bungalows. Cats are not allowed.
